I also wondered how to get my digital issues on my ipad,
seems the problem was that i didn’t receive a welcome email from Zinio because my email provider ( yahoo) automatically puts mass emails into my junk folder.
it was no problem though.
i would say to contact Paul from Caravan Publications customer services on 021 702 4200.
he’s extremely reasonable.
