Can you replace existing main beam headlights with LED lights on a 2019 Ford Ranger Wildtrak.

Hi, yes you can.  See “Stedi” lights.

It is imported from Australia, excellent quality and makes a huge difference.  I would not even recommending any other makes as I have tried them and regard them as hugely inferior.

They have a local importer in South  Africa with friendly and very efficient staff.
