I have been trying to sign up/register for the magazine but I keep getting an error message to complete the process. Please advise what options are available for the digital edition. Can I download it in pdf?

Sadly there are no ore providers that offer pdf downloads anymore. ☹

Users can download an App or a Desktop reader (only available at Zinio) which is software that allows you to read your magazines offline, after you have downloaded your copy.

Mysubs used to be the only provider of PDF copies of digital magazines in Southern Africa, however due to the nature of PDF’s – they were easily distributed on social media sites and a couple of pirate websites.

Due to the large number of people sharing PDF magazines from Mysubs. Mysubs had no choice but to close their doors. As they don’t make any revenue from customers sharing pdf downloads.

But don’t despair!

We are still partnered with Zinio (pronounced Zee-Nee-oh) and Magzter (pronounced Mags-ter) as our digital magazine providers. To date they are the biggest suppliers of digital magazines in the world!

Changing to a digital subscription is easy, as you can either register with us directly via our website. OR you can follow one of these two links:

Both of these providers allow you to download and login via their apps, in which their Apps act as your library for viewing offline content.
You can find both of these apps on either the Google Play store (for Android) OR the I-Store ( for apple devices)

We are of the opinion that Zinio is slightly more superior than Magzter only because Zinio has a desktop reader which is software for you to download your digital magazine onto a computer (laptop and desktop). All Zinio users are permitted 4 device installations. Which means you can have your digital magazine stored on your mobile phone, tablet, ipad and computer. As long as you use the same login details on each.

Thank you for the info. I have subscribed to Magzter now. Will pop into CNA  to get a hardcopy.
