And best of all – you complete the form online (once only) and every year, 30 days prior to your license expiry date, you will receive an email with your electronically completed forms.
IOW: You receive your renewal document via email already FILLED IN 🙂

Not just a reminder but with the actual filled out forms.
You simply print the form, sign it and head down to your Post Office or Licensing Office.

To top it all. It is 100% free (just like WhatsApp).

Remember these frustrations: Find a pen? Miss placed your reading glasses. Forgot about other vehicles registered in your name. Penalty Fees $$$ etc.

Hi Charmaine,

Thanks for trying it out.
Just to be more clear. This is a 100% free online vehicle license renewal assistant.

We will not provide you with your actual license disc. But you do the paperwork online once only per vehicle. Then we will forward you 30 days before your vehicle license expires your renewal form fully completed (already).

1. Register / Login online

2. In the top navigation select “Owners” (you can manage multiple family members or friends licenses).

3. Select “New Owner” button. Fill out the Owner details (in this case it would be yourself).

4. Then in top navigation bar select “Vehicles”

5. Select “New Vehicle” button. Select the Owner from the drop down and complete rest of the form.

To explain better – you will have to fill out the exact form fields online than you would have when doing it by hand. Difference here is – you only have to do it once online as the system well from now on email you your completed form 30 days prior to license expiry date.

I will upload screen shots in the correct order you can use.

2: Vehicles

And sorry – in previous message you should select the blue “New Owner” button.

Once you selected New Owner button you will see the attached form – please complete and save all fields.

Now go back to Dashboard by selecting the “Dashboard” link right at the top of your screen….

On Dashboard select the “Vehicles” image.

Then select the blue “New Vehicle” button:

Now on the new vehicle form complete all the fields.
It will consist of several steps – click “Next” button until you reach the “Save” button.

If you filled out everything correctly you should be good to go now.

So next what will happen?

1. Well 30 days before your vehicle license expires you will receive an email just like the screen shot in this message.

2. This email will have your complete vehicle license renewal forms attached to it. And the form will be 100% filled in….

Lastly – this will always stay a free service. Just like Whatsapp. Just the pure satisfaction that so many people are already benefiting from this system is rewarding enough 🙂

Just a last note. We have a very small amount of users reporting that the system does not work in Internet Explorer especially version 11.

It is however working 100% in all other browser as far as we know.

We are checking out the issue with the Internet Explorer browser.

Great news! We were able to resolve the issue with Internet Explorer.
Now working great in IE as well 🙂
