Q & A
Are there any unique design and special features you can tell us about?
We use a timberless side wall structure for our units with a multi-ply one-piece laminated floor with Birch ply underside for greater weatherproofing. The unique Duplex steel chassis and axle mounting system is designed to reduce weight and increase durability.
What construction methods are used in your caravan? The side walls are constructed with sandwich panel fiberglass inner and outer skins with an imported XPS core which does not allow water ingress. The front rear and roof are constructed of double-moulded and bonded fiberglass skins with automotive insulation sandwiched in between. The chassis is made of unique high tensile duplex steel bolted and bonded for additional strength and durability.
What axle and suspension types are utilized on your Caravan? The rubber torsion type with special mounting system for strength and durability on gravel roads is used.
What sets your trailers apart from the rest? Its unique monocoque bonded shell structure, timberless side walls and high strength chassis makes it a serious competitor in the market. The single piece multi-layer plywood floors, modern exterior design and large front boot hatch makes our caravans unique with many other add-on features and accessories to choose from.
