There will be tons of live entertainment scheduled throughout the event for those that simply enjoy the camping gees of listening to popular and live music and artists. This prestigious event takes place from the 8th – 10th March, and we seriously advise you to book your tickets early for three very good reasons.
Firstly, the venue does cater for guests that would like to camp for the entire weekend in either their rooftop tents, caravans, motorhomes or tents or trailers. This enables you and your family to see and experience all that is on offer during the course of the weekend. However, those particular tickets are limited according to the space allocated by the organiser. So if you would like to camp out at this show, you will need to pre-book the weekend camping option.
The weekend camping option costs R1400 for the entire weekend for a family of four people and includes show passes for the weekend and standard ablution facilities. Plus, there is 220v-stand electricity supplied for your leisure vehicle and camping needs.
Secondly, the most in-demand event accommodation offerings are the on-site luxury tents. These tents are erected by You2Camp. Attendees looking to spend the night or the weekend to partake in the festivities, but don’t yet own a camping trailer, caravan or motorhome can do so – although, it is first come, first serve! There is also a limited amount of these luxury tents on offer. So, don’t wait for the day before you decide to spend the night or the weekend. Pre-booking one of these self-contained luxury tents is a must as they sell out fast.
The luxury tents cost only R2000 per two people for two nights and includes your weekend event show passes. The cost of renting one of these luxury dome tents includes the following: luxury dome tent, groundsheet, two beds, two mattresses, two chairs, a bedside table, interior and exterior lights, welcome mat, premium duvets and pillows and electricity inside the tent to charge your phones or portable devices. The luxury tent accommodation also includes access to exclusive toilets, shower, braai areas and a coffee station.
Lastly, those seeking to attend this show for the day are also encouraged to purchase their tickets online as they will be fast tracked with a dedicated queue for entry. Trust us, any offering with less queueing is worth the money!
