Tireguard Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
A tyre pressure monitoring system will save time every day, save a tyre once in a while and maybe one day save a life, says Abraham Kruger, who imports the JET-400C monitoring system, and sells them direct. The sensors (which screw directly onto the tyre valve stem) are small, at 20mm diameter, and have a signal range of 30 metres, reaching the vehicle’s 12V monitor which is programmed to provide a warning when any of the tyres falls outside a set pressure range. The Tireguard works on motorcycles, cars, 4x4s, trailers of all descriptions, trucks, agricultural and construction machinery, even aircraft. Systems are delivered free in Centurion, or via Aramex Express countrywide to a street address for an additional R100.
