  Can anyone tell me whether a special permit is required for using 4×4 routes closer than 1km from the shoreline in the Eastern Cape Wild Coast area? If so, WHERE TO GET THEM?

  Any other info would be welcome, we are a group of 3 vehicles, all driven by responsible eco-friendly senior citizens!
