Background
The annual Outdoor and Adventure Expo, launched in Grabouw, Western Cape in 2023, was a resounding success, showcasing the essence of the South African outdoor lifestyle. This year, the expo returns with even greater promise at the spectacular B’Sorah Beit Avinu Centre in Broederstroom, located conveniently on the R3/R400 (Hartbeeshoek satellite road) at the Gauteng/North West border. The venue is easily accessible from major hubs such as Pretoria, Johannesburg, Brits, and Rustenburg, with Lanseria Airport just 30km away. The venue is under an hours drive from most areas and there are no toll fees on route to the venue.
Nestled on a 1200ha active game and cattle farm, B’Sorah offers a perfect blend of rugged outdoor adventure and serene natural beauty. Attendees can explore diverse hiking and mountain biking trails ranging from bushveld and forests to rocky outcrops and tranquil rivers. The expo area at B’Sorah features a stunning hall surrounded by bushveld, providing a natural outdoor ambiance. The venue’s layout starts at the hall, extending through pathways lined with massive trees to an expansive open-air space ideal for exhibitors. This space is perfect for showcasing camping equipment, 4×4 vehicles, trailers, caravans, off-road caravans, and 4×4 accessories. - Pensioners: R50 per day

- 4×4 / SUV Drive-Outs: R150 per vehicle (no alcohol allowed)
- 4×4 Obstacle Course: R250 per vehicle for a 1-hour slot (no alcohol permitted)
Weekend Camping
Enjoy a rustic camping experience from Friday to Sunday. While no electricity is available, amenities include a central water point, mobile VIP toilets, hot showers, and a central boma with a campfire and braai area. Please note, that no open fires are permitted.
4×4 Obstacle Course and Conservation Support
Book a 1-hour timed slot for the 4×4 obstacle course at the Outdoor Expo entrance gate, marshalled by the Land Rover Owners Club of South Africa (LROC). All entry fees for the obstacle course are donated to the Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT), which supports eco-tourism routes and conservation projects in Soutpansberg.
