The kykNET Buite Ekspo Limpopo returns from 24 to 26 July at the renowned Sondela Nature Reserve & Spa near Bela-Bela.

As always, the expo promises something for everyone. The primary focus remains on the many outdoor lifestyle exhibitors showcasing the latest products available in the outdoor, camping, and 4×4 markets. The event is presented in a safe, authentic farm-style environment, where most exhibits are displayed exactly as they would be used by customers in real-life conditions.

A wide variety of exciting activities will once again form part of the expo. This year, adrenaline enthusiasts can look forward to the Maxxis 4×4 Extreme Challenge, where members of the public can also enter their own vehicles on the day and take part.

Here’s a short snippet of what to expect at this year’s event.

Experience the ever-popular Capital Air Helicopters scenic flights and enjoy breathtaking views of the Waterberg Bushveld from the air. Visitors can also look forward to a fun-filled Pancake Baking Competition (with a twist!) in partnership with Jimmy’s Sauces, featuring actors from the kykNET soap operas Diepe Waters and Binnelanders.

And while the expo is not a music festival, visitors will still be treated to outstanding live entertainment by Jimmy’s artists, including Pieter Smith (who will also serve as Master of Ceremonies throughout the weekend), Ignus, Mari Bosman, Ossewa Show (featuring Pieter Smith, Fatman and Ignus), Chereé, Skemer, Logan Pietersen, Fatman, and Byron Minnie.

Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a FREE 4×4 experience with the legendary “Mr 4×4,” André de Villiers of André 4×4 and host of the kykNET television programme 4×4 met André. Riding through the course in a variety of vehicles alongside one of South Africa’s leading off-road experts is an experience not to be missed.

Waterberg Toyota will also be offering exhilarating off-road driving experiences, giving visitors the chance to get their adrenaline pumping alongside their experienced drivers in some of their impressive vehicles.

As always, the expo’s refreshment offerings promise to be first-class. Visitors can enjoy everything from premium wines in the 1659 Wines Wine Garden to ice-cold beer at the Ketelkraal Beer Garden and Bar, along with a wide selection of other favourite beverages. A large variety of food vendors will also be on site, serving delicious festival favourites that no visitor should miss.

For the ladies, a large Arts and Craft Market will feature an extensive selection of quality handmade and lifestyle products.

The children have certainly not been forgotten either. They can enjoy the Just 4 Fun Fun Park, while Bee-Bee the Bee returns on Saturday morning with one of their much-loved live performances.

Although the expo offers a wide range of entertainment and activities, the main focus remains on showcasing top-quality outdoor, 4×4, and camping products from leading exhibitors.

Day visitor tickets are available online through Open Tickets via ekspo.co.za, as well as at the entrance gates during the expo. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets online where possible, as this helps speed up entry for everyone.

Day ticket prices are highly competitive, ranging from R30 for children to R120 for adults, depending on the day of attendance. Weekend packages and pensioner discounts are also available.
