The RoofPod is one of the lightest clamshell rooftop tents in the world, enabling you to put it on and take it off your vehicle or trailer within minutes. It is a canvas tent on an aluminium frame and it is suitable not just for larger overlanding vehicles, but almost any vehicle with roofbars.
The modern and aerodynamic design means that there is hardly any impact to consumption when travelling. Setting up camp is completed in 3 easy steps with minimal effort.

Store your bedding inside and sleep comfortably on the 75mm high density foam mattress, which comes with a removable cover. The tent is made using ripstop canvas and for added protection, there is a second PVC outer layer on the top which can be replaced if damaged.
The tent has side panels made from ripstop that zip closed and they keep the dust and weather out when travelling. There are three large windows with the midgie mesh on the outside, allowing air to flow through and keep the bugs out. The roofbars can take a static weight of around 30kgs, enabling you to take along items like surfboards and solar panels.
Our custom designed runners are adaptable to most brands. A lightweight telescopic aluminium ladder is included and can be secured anywhere along the frame of the tent, so you can climb in from any of the three openings.
The RoofPod has two size options available; the smaller CoziPod and the larger ComfyPod. The ComfyPod has the added benefit of power and a large window awning with springforms. Tents can be shipped to all major towns and cities within South Africa.
